Refund Policy

The screen display is never the same as an actual item. Colors and brightness vary from computer to computer, screen to screen, viewing angle to viewing angle. A screen display is bright, shiny. A textile is rather matte, dull. Printing on paper is already quite different from displaying it on screen. By placing an order through our online site, the customer declares to have read this and accepts that he cannot make any claims if the colors of the goods and the impressions received vary somewhat from the display on the screen or the printing of the order on paper.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Obvious defects must be announced by e-mail, fax, or letter within 8 days of receipt.
Articles with defects are not refunded, but replaced by articles in good condition.
Obvious flaws include:
Positioning or dimension not in accordance with customer instructions.
Color not in accordance with customer instructions (slight variations in tone must be accepted).
Spelling not in accordance with instructions received in writing from the client.
Design, textile model, size or color not in accordance with customer instructions.
Slight differences between the order and the delivery cannot give rise to complaints for the following reasons:
Printing or embroidery techniques are used to reproduce an original in large numbers. To obtain a perfect result, adjustments and tests on the original support are necessary before production. In the case of work on a single piece or a very small series, this is not possible. The operation of the machines, the inks, threads, support papers, textiles are not perfectly regular. Jams, cracks, imperfections, distortions may occur. The positioning received by computer is transferred manually to the textile. There may therefore be slight differences between the positioning made on the screen by the customer and the actual positioning on the textile. Textile colors also vary slightly from production to production.
Texner assumes no responsibility for spelling errors or poor image quality. The customer is solely responsible for his text and images.

Privacy Policy

Texner assumes no responsibility for any infringement of copyright or trademark law. The customer is solely responsible for the content of his orders. However, Texner reserves the right to request a written statement confirming its rights to the work or trademark in the event of obvious or suspected infringement. If necessary, Texner may refuse the order.

Terms of use

Products
shop.texner.ch specializes in the personalization of textiles or other supports. But it is also possible to order neutral products. shop.texner.ch only uses quality products purchased from reliable suppliers.

Price
Our prices are indicated according to choice in Swiss francs (CHF) or in Euro with 7.7% VAT included. Transport and packaging costs are invoiced separately and indicated during the ordering process. Depending on the selected items and processing methods, discounts are already granted from 2 pieces. From 101 pieces, a manual calculation is applied and an offer is established before the order is taken. Our price indications are always non-binding. Only our order confirmation serves as the contractual basis.

Shipping Policy

Texner alone chooses its shipping service providers. Texner cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address.
Packing and transport costs are calculated optimally for each shipment. The delivery time for small quantities (generally less than 24 pieces) is normally 7 working days.
The period runs from the date of our order confirmation. Texner cannot be held liable for non-performance or late performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, and in particular, in the event of natural disaster, war, strike, unavailability of its suppliers or service providers.
Postage and packaging costs are indicated separately when ordering.
