Double lanyard with integrated energy absorber ABSORBICA-Y - L012AA

Double lanyard with integrated energy absorber, ABSORBICA®-Y is a double lanyard, with compact energy absorber, designed for progression on a vertical structure or on a horizontal lifeline, with passage of splits. It works for users between 50 and 140 kg. It allows several installations on the harness and can receive different types of connectors. It is available in two lengths, 80 or 150 cm (excluding connectors). The sections of the 150 cm version are elasticated so as not to hinder progress. Depending on the connectors used, ABSORBICA®-Y is certified according to American, European and Russian standards.

• Description
• Designed for progression on a vertical structure or on a horizontal lifeline, with passage of splits.
• Absorbs energy in the event of a fall:
• - tearing of the energy absorber strap limiting the impact force suffered by the user,
• - works with users whose weight is between 50 and 140 kg,
• - tearing in stages, in order to limit the deceleration undergone by the low weights.
• Minimum size:
• - compact energy absorber so as not to interfere with handling,
• - FLEX version with 150 cm elasticated straps so as not to hinder progress.
• Pouch in resistant fabric, with opening system at the ends, to protect the energy absorber from abrasion and projections, while allowing periodic inspection of the absorber.
• Two possibilities of installation on the harness depending on the use:
• - frequent connections/disconnections: with a carabiner held in the correct position by a STRING positioning accessory (delivered with the lanyard),
• - almost permanent connection: with a RING OPEN openable ring whose circular shape ensures optimal positioning or with a SWIVEL OPEN swivel to avoid twisting.
• Two possibilities of connectors at the end of the lanyard: carabiners or connectors with large opening MGO OPEN.
• Available in two lengths: 80 and 150 cm.
