Description
The light and asymmetrical Am'D carabiner is made of aluminium. It has a D-shape particularly suitable for connecting various devices such as descenders or positioning lanyards. Its fluid interior design and the Keylock system facilitate handling. The Am'D carabiner is available in three locking systems: automatic TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK systems and manual SCREW-LOCK system. Am'D can be combined with the CAPTIV bar to encourage loading of the carabiner along the major axis, limit the risk of it rolling over and secure it to the device.

- Oval and symmetrical shape allowing optimal positioning of large section devices such as pulleys, rope clamps and mobile fall arresters.
- Aluminum carabiner whose lightness reduces the weight of the equipment carried by the worker at height.
- Can be combined with the CAPTIV bar to encourage loading of the carabiner along the major axis, secure it to the device and limit the risk of it flipping.
- Facilitates handling:
- fluid interior design limiting the risk of a stable point and facilitating the rotation of the carabiner,
- Keylock system to avoid any involuntary snagging of the carabiner. - H-profile:
- ensures an optimal strength/lightness ratio,
- protects markings from abrasion. - Available in three locking system versions:
- TRIACT-LOCK: automatic locking with triple action opening,
- BALL-LOCK: automatic locking with triple action opening, with locking indicator,
- SCREW-LOCK: manual screw locking with red visual indicator when the carabiner is not locked. - Also available in black version (TRIACT-LOCK and SCREW-LOCK versions).
